Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from three decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated May 3, 2012, June 27, 2012, and August 30, 2012, respectively, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2009, and December 13, 2010, respectively, insofar as taken against the defendant Lenox Hill Hospital.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
