Motion by the attorney for the child Tyonna C. to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 15, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the attorney for the child Tyonna C. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 3, 2012, and the brief of the attorney for the child Tyonna C. shall be served and filed on or that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
