Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 23, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated August 11, 2011, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before November 15, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
