Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 5, 2009, and June 21, 2012, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 21, 2010, as a poor person, including leave to prosecute the appeals on the original record and waiver of the filing fee.
