ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated October 4, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 20, 2012, July 9, 2012, and July 10, 2012, respectively is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Suffolk County."
