Motion by the appellant, in effect, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 20, 2012, which, inter alia, dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 22, 2011, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated December 22, 2011.
