Appeal by Rebecca L. DiBenedetto from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Paraskevi Zarkadas, Esq., dated October 22, 2012, it is
