| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to direct the appellant to serve him with an unredacted copy of the appellant's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 4, 2010, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted an on or before November 16, 2012, the appellant shall serve the respondent with an unredacted copy of the appellant's brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until December 17, 2012, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
