Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 10, 2010, among other things, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include certain photographs, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 26, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
