DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to reinstate an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 4, 2010, which was withdrawn by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 14, 2011, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to reinstate the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
