Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered March 18, 2009, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief and to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of the proceedings, if any, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 26, 2012.
