Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 8, 2011, and September 19, 2011, and petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve its brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Sara J. Langan, Esq., dated October 17, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
