Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 8, 2011, June 14, 2011, and July 22, 2011, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered April 28, 2011, inter alia, to amend the caption to add additional party defendants and to stay the transfer or sale of the assets of Donald Schechter, deceased.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
