ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file the answering briefs and reply briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 5, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and Metropolitan Transit Authority and Metro-North Railroad shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before November 21, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Samuel Cockburn & Sons, Inc., shall serve and file its answering brief, if any, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before December 26, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiffs-respondents shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before January 30, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that Allright Corporation shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before March 6, 2013, Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Metro-North Railroad shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before April 12, 2013, and Samuel Cockburn & Sons, Inc., shall serve and file its reply brief, if any, on or before May 17, 2013.
