Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 10, 2005, which was determined by decision and order dated August 22, 2012, to extend the time to file a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Court of Appeals (see CPL 460.30[1]).
