| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to restore to active status appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered December 12, 2003, which were deemed abandoned pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(f), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 7, 2013.
