Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, rendered May 14, 2010, to compel court reporter Cosimo Buetti to furnish transcripts of all the proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court reporter is directed to furnish appellant's attorney with the transcripts within 30 days of the date of this decision and order. Appellant's attorney shall serve a copy of this decision and order upon the court reporter within 10 days of the date of this order.
