DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the six decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated November 9, 2012, in the above-entitled matters, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 23, 2012, four judgments of the same court entered March 27, 2012, and an amended judgment of the same court entered June 4, 2012, are amended by deleting from the second paragraphs thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
