Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Dutchess County, dated March 10, 2011, two orders of the same court dated March 4, 2011, and August 22, 2011, respectively, and an amended decree of the same court dated August 22, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 28, 2012, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or that date.
