Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Charles D. Halvorsen, Esq., dated October 18, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 11, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
