Joint application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 5, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until December 5, 2012, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
