Motion by the appellant Stephen A., Sr., to stay all adoption proceedings concerning the subject child, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 19, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all adoption proceedings concerning the subject child are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
