On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 16, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words " no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
