Appeals by Annabel Bazante from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, both dated August 31, 2012, and a decision of the same court also dated August 31, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated August 31, 2012 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-09521), which dismissed the petition under Docket No. O-11830-11/12A, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by that order (see CPLR 5511); and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision dated August 31, 2012 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-09523), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
