DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 1, 2012, inter alia, to direct the Clerk of this Court to sign a certain subpoena, for leave to revise the record and brief, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to revise the record and brief is denied as unnecessary as the record and appellant's brief have not been filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
