DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents-appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 21, 2012, for leave to reargue their opposition to that branch of the appellants-respondents' motion which was pursuant to CPLR 5518 to direct them to pay use and occupancy for the subject premises in the sum of $25,000 per month, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
