Motion by the appellants pursuant to CPLR 5518 for a preliminary injunction enjoining the respondents and anyone acting on their behalf from increasing the amount of the family share for Title XX and low-income day care in Westchester County pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 20, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
