The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Lakhram Omwathath, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to enlarge time to file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered May 2, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 14 days of the date of this order. No further enlargement of time to file a respondent's brief shall be granted.
