Motion by Cheryl Cochrane, as successor trustee of the Bolanile Akinwole Trust, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Bolanile Akinwole, on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 6, 2012, and to amend the caption.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Cheryl Cochrane, as successor trustee of the Bolanile Akinwole Trust, is substituted for the deceased respondent Bolanile Akinwole, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
