Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, entered December 13, 2011 to compel the District Court to settle the minutes and file the record with the Appellate Term, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by December 14, 2012, and it is further
ORDERED that the First District Court, Suffolk County, is directed to settle the minutes and to file the record with the Appellate Term forthwith.
