Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered December 20, 2011, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by December 14, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, is directed to file the record on appeal with the Appellate Term forthwith.
