ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Maria Garcia pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 21, 2011, and to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the same court dated May 10, 2012, and a judgment of the same court dated May 17, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of Maria Garcia to perfect her appeals is enlarged until January 15, 2013, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the brief of Maria Garcia must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants in Appeal No. 1 and respondents in Appeal Nos. 2 and 3 shall serve and file their answering briefs, including the points of argument on the cross appeals, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
