Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a decision and decree of the Seneca County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on November 21, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jaan Aarismaa, IV sworn to October 17, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Mark B. Wheeler, Esq., sworn to October 26, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 11, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 22, 2012, and inserting in its place the date December 21, 2012.
