Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 5, 2012, which directed her to serve a paginated appendix on the respondents and to serve and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to serve a paginated appendix on the respondents and to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until November 30, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 4, 2013, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
