Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 30, 2012, for leave to reargue the appellants' prior motion, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2012, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order upon the perfection of the appeal on or before September 28, 2012, and for leave to file certain documents under seal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 20, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
