DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 21, 2012, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 12, 2011, for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before December 10, 2012, upon proof that the appellant has obtained the transcripts of the hearing before the support magistrate.
