The appellant's motion to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 24, 2004, and a resentence of the same court, imposed December 2, 2004, was granted on September 7, 2012. On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged; assigned counsel shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
