Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated February 8, 2012, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal and the motion are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with these appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
