| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to compel the appellant to provide the transcripts of additional pretrial proceedings which occurred in the Supreme Court, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 23, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the respondent's time to serve and file briefs in response to the appellant's main brief and the supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until January 14, 2013, and the respondent's briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
