| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 17, 2012, inter alia, for, in effect permission to file handwritten briefs and separate motion by the respondent pro se for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion which is, inter alia, in effect, for permission to file handwritten briefs and for assistance with serving the briefs is granted to the extent that the respondent may file briefs pursuant to the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.10 3[d], [b], [f]), and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the separate motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is granted.
