Appeal by the Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated July 19, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Rosa P. Tragni, Esq., dated November 18, 2012, it is
