Motion by the respondent, in effect, to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 19, 2012, to include a certain determination of a hearing officer in a proceeding to Education Law § 3020-a and for leave to file a supplemental record containing that determination or, in the alternative, for the Court to take judicial notice of the determination.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
