Application by Jodi Franzese Spagnolo, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 30, 1997, under the name Jodi Franzese, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law back to Jodi Franzese.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Jodi Franzese Spagnolo to Jodi Franzese, effective immediately.
