ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 9, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered January 13, 2012, is amended by deleting from the attorney's address thereof the words "30 Vesey Street, 2nd Floor, New York, N.Y. 10007" and substituting therefor the words "40 Exchange Place, Suite 2010, New York, N.Y. 10005."
