DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated September 17, 2012, which dismissed on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered March 11, 2011, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before December 14, 2012. No further enlargements will be granted.
