DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 9, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a decision of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated July 12, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Richmond County."
