Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 25, 2012, an appeal from an order of the same court entered June 28, 2011, and appeals from two orders of the same court both dated March 14, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant- respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 7, 2012, and the respondent-appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
