Motion by the appellant to vacate an order on application of this Court dated October 22, 2012, which granted the respondent's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated October 27, 2009.
