It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to file and serve a record with the correct pagination on the condition that the corrected record is filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before December 13, 2012, and

It is further ORDERED that the deadline for respondents' briefs is hereby extended on the condition that they are filed and served on or before January 17, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing.
