It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 19, 2012 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 16, 2012 and inserting in place thereof the date March 4, 2013.
Memorandum: The direct appeal should be perfected within the time frame set forth in this order.
